For some reason, this course is not launching for some people in our company - the issue seems to be with those trying to launch it in the app with an iPhone. Androids launch it without issue... is there someone I can send this course to to take a look at it, and figure out what the problem is?

It seems you clicked on Submit a feature request.
Rather click on Submit a case.
On the next page, click on "No thanks. I'd like to submit a case"
That's what I did more than once, and kept getting that error.
