Creating a course showcasing an organizations teams - best layout?

I am building a course showcasing what our teams do. We have 3 functional units, each with several teams within them.

Has anyone built a course like this? Best layout? 

I am using Rise, and the interactive Button Stack option.  Is there a more efficient, interactive way to build this?
