My company has purchased a Teams Plan and one of our account holders wants to collaborate on Rise with a translator which has an external free trial account, is this possible ? or we can only collaborate with other users within our Teams Plan? Thanks!
Hello, is this a new restriction? I used to collaborate and exchange ownership with individuals all the time up to November 2020, but now it seems not to work anymore, even with the same people.
thank you Karl. Since I was able to do it in the past, does this mean that something's changed in my account? (eg. my company has witched from individual accounts to a teams account?)
Hi Francesca! I can see you have submitted a case, and my colleague Vevette has sent you an email to ask for more details. Let me know here if you do not receive that email, and we'll resend it!

Hi Jennifer,
Anyone that has a Teams account can collaborate on a Rise course, regardless of their organization.
Persons with individual accounts cannot collaborate at all.
