I just created my first course in Rise and tried to customize the text lables. However, when I review the course the text lables still show up with the default entries. When I check in the settings again, the text lables show the default entries as well. So, it seems that my changes have not been saved (yes, I did hit the "Close" button after doing the lable changes). Same issue occurs when I create a new lable set and customize the texts. I'd appreciate your advice on this. Thanks!
thanks for your reply. I use Internet Explorer 11. However, we encountered an issue with the browser settings on my computer. I'll attend to this with our local IT. When I tested to change the labels via Google Chrome it all worked out fine. Thanks again! :-)

It sounds like you're already following the steps for creating a new label set, so it's strange that your changes aren't saving.
What browser were you using when this happened? You'll want to use one of these supported browsers.
