I'm new to Rise (and love it so far!) and have a few questions about customizing the settings/theme of my courses:
1. We have specific brand guidelines that require particular colors. Is there an easy way to apply a specific color (i.e. Orange 209, 94, 20) rather than trying to pick that exact one from the entire spectrum of colors on the Customize menu?
2. I'm getting an error every time I try to upload a cover photo or logo. I have the cover photo and logo saved as png and jpg files. Rise tells me to make sure the file I'm choosing is actually an image (it is). Are there any work arounds for this error?
I use Color Cop to convert my RGB to Hex. Here's your hex for that color: #D15E14
Re: image...it could be a glitch. You could refresh the browser and see if that helps. If not, contact support and they can see why the image isn't working. If you want, you can share here and we can test it.
Thank you so much! I think my problem with the photos was my browser (our organization locks down our ability to download the latest versions of browsers, but my IT department helped me out).

Good to know it's working. I also user ColorZilla in my browser for color picking.
I was looking for something else and saw this question and thought I'd respond for the next person. I was pulling my hair out trying to upload a logo.
Apparently Articulate does not play nice with IE browser. Chrome is the BOMB!
