Is it possible to download a Rise 360 course to be completed by a learner offline? Our current LMS system is a web-based application, however, we have some learners who have internet connectivity issues. Do you have any suggestions of programs that could be installed to complete an e-learning offline?
If you export the course to Web, this actually creates a HTML Zip File that can be loaded locally as well.
The Learner can use the index file to play through the course. It's not the best option as you won't get the tracking/lms data you'd usually expect, but you can certainly run through all of the content with this method.
Greetings Euan: What about if I wanted to offer my ecourses offline to those using an iPhone or iPad? Could you recommend a way to do this? I ask, because Articulate's offline availability will be going away with the disappearance of Flash. Thank you, Rod Machado
Greetings Alyssa: Thank you for your reply. I was actually inquiring to see if Articulate is planning on offering a mobile player for the iPad/phone that allows "offline" learning in the same way the AMP now allows downloads to these devices. Is there a replacement for the AMP in the works that uses HTML5 once Flash disappears? Thank You, Rod
Good question, Rod. We're not planning on developing a mobile player for iPad/iPhone that allows offline learning right now. If our plans change, we'll let you know!

Hi there, Rod. While you can view Rise 360 content offline on desktop computers, we don't support offline viewing on mobile devices.
