Edit Progress Bar CSS in Rise SCORM Output

Hi all,

We want to edit the Progress Bar that's (barely) visible in the Rise SCORM output deployed on our Moodle LMS.

There are some discussion threads related to removing the progress bar so I would imagine the CSS file would be in the same location, however the threads do not state where, only the CSS to change. e.g. https://community.articulate.com/discussions/rise-360/i-thought-i-would-share-a-solution-to-removing-the-progress-indicator-on-lessons-in-rise

So, I'm not sure which file in the SCORM output to edit to change the look for the progress bar. i.e. what is the directory and file name in the output files that allows editing the CSS of the progress bar. 

The edit would be to increase the height of the progress bar so that it's more visible. Ideally we'd be able to add a % too. 

Has anyone found a solution for this, or can anyone give advice on where the relevant file is?
