I know how to add a video from my computer but is there a way to use a video link or embed code to add the video. The issue I am having is I am using Kaltura Capture. In Kaltura, I added a thumbnail image to the video. But, when I download the video, the thumbnail does not come with the video. So, uploading the video does not have my thumbnail. Any suggestions?

You can definitely add video links in blocks that support embedded media. See this article on how to add Text and Media in Rise 360.
