That sounds quite odd, so I'd like to start by finding out what browser you're using while authoring/export your Rise courses?
Also, is it just this course which is having trouble or any course you've attempted to export? Can you also let me know if this course can be exported using any of the other options such as Web/PDF?
Oh, I just saw you also reached out to our Support team! It looks like after uploading it to your LMS everything was working fine there, so it seems you're back in working order.
