Enormous photos all of a sudden in Rise?

I'm encountering an odd issue: I've long been exporting PNGs from PPT into Rise which I've sized perfectly for my needs.

Today, I sat down to do my standard export-and-upload process, and my photos are HUGE. I mean huge. There isn't an easy way to scale them down, and the proportions are much larger than I've ever seen. I'm so confused. 

(The plus size is that the fuzzy quality of yore seems to be resolved, which is great. But alas! The sizing is HUGE!) 

My hack has been to create a larger transparent container in PPT, scale my image down, and then save the entire group as a PNG. But this is taking a huge amount of my time, given that I'd already created a rapid-speed workflow with my old way. :\

Did Rise push out a new update that's auto-scaling images up in Rise? If so, is there a way to revert back?
