Error message and work not saving

I keep getting an error message when editing my rise module. 

Something went wrong.

Please try again or contact support if the problem persists

I had been able to still select the "x" and continue working but today nothing that I have updated is saving.  I've cleared my cash, restarted, logged out and back in, reconnected my router.  Is there anything else that I can do?

Hi Jeanne! So sorry to hear that you're getting errors when accessing Rise. 

Please try these steps:

-Make sure your browser is updated. Try other supported browsers to access Rise and check if you are still getting the issue. This will check if the issue is browser-specific. Does the issue happen in all browsers?
 
-Access Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n) Sometimes plugins cause odd behavior. Do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?
