Error while uploading a video in Rise Sep 09, 2022 By Ana Masis Hi! I'm getting an error message when trying to upload a mp4 file. I've been trying almost 2 days and it keeps giving me the error. I tried other browser and still. File file is not that big... please help :(

Hi Ana,
If you are using any spaces or special characters in the file name, remove them.
A long file name may also cause problems.
