As per the terms of service, you will not be able to access your Rise files nor any Rise or Storyline courses in Review after your trial ends.
Articulate will store Rise courses for up to 6 months, so they will be available if you subscribe within that time. Otherwise, they will be permanently deleted.
Storyline files are stored locally. Articulate can't delete them from your computer, but you will only be able to open them if you have an active license.
If you publish a course (for example, to put on your own website), you may continue to use those files. However, without access to Rise or Storyline, you won't be able to update them.
