Another Problem Exporting a Rise course to 'Web' produces an index.html file that doesn't work (it is blank)- which ever browser you use. The Goodbye.html file does show up in the browser but the index file doesn't......
If there is hassle with just this simple step ....then......
HelloDownloading the Web option doesn't download a zip file in the first place - instead in my download directory there is a Content directory containing an Assets directory, a Lib directory and two html files: goodbye.html and index.html.I am using a Macbook - so expect this problem arises because Articulate - for some reason - has just focused on Windows (though Apple has since it was founded been more successful in eduction - and publishing/design...... and I don't want to go through the hassle of running a virtual operating system)..... so was looking at Rise.Richard
I took a quick Peek recording of what I see, as I also use a Mac. Here's the video.
You'll note that the Mac unzipped it right when I clicked the download file in Chrome. Let me know if that helps, or if you're using another browser and I can demonstrate what it looks like there too.
I'm sorry you're having issues here. I think the best thing to do would be to get in touch with our support team directly so they can help you get to the bottom of what's going on here.

Hi all,
I'm sorry for the trouble you've run into this AM!
Our team is investigating an issue right now where exporting to LMS, Articulate Review, and PDF in Rise is currently unavailable.
We'll let you know as soon as we have more info and we'll keep our Articulate Status page updated as well. You can also subscribe to email updates.
Hi all,
A fix has been implemented and you should be able to export your Rise course.
We're monitoring performance carefully!

Hi Richard,
You could see a blank browser window if you don't extract the zip file. Try these steps instead:
