Export not working

Our Export function is not working today;  have tried a couple of different courses that I need to re-SCORM.

Is something amiss w/ Rise today?

Hi there, Mary. I'm very sorry you've come across this export issue. 

About an hour ago, Rise intermittently had an issue with exporting content–around the time of your post. Everything should be up and running smoothly now, and we are continuing to monitor the results. Let us know if you're still experiencing this behavior!

Hi Paris,

The amount of time it takes will depend on what's included in your course, but even with that in mind, I've yet to see a course take upwards of an hour for a web or LMS export. The PDF export can take longer or hang on exceptionally large courses.
