About an hour ago, Rise intermittently had an issue with exporting content–around the time of your post. Everything should be up and running smoothly now, and we are continuing to monitor the results. Let us know if you're still experiencing this behavior!
Our earlier outage is resolved as you'll see noted on the Articulate Status page. Can you let me know if you're seeing an error message or is the export taking a long time? Also, it would help to know what browser you're using and the export options you chose.
It said to wait, but I started over. It then, quickly exported. Since it was my first effort yet, I didn't know what to expect. I though waiting 1 hour was normal. Just rotten luck, I guess.
The amount of time it takes will depend on what's included in your course, but even with that in mind, I've yet to see a course take upwards of an hour for a web or LMS export. The PDF export can take longer or hang on exceptionally large courses.

Wow, I've had rise for a year and a half. The one day I want to export, it doesn't work.
