Hello, is it possible to place surveys and questionnaires within Rise 360? I see the Knowledge Checks, but these do not allow for collection of results, analytics, etc. Is it possible to set up a survey to collect demographics (name, zip code, etc.)?
As Karl mentioned, one way to add surveys and questionnaires to your lesson is to embed a survey from a third-party tool (like Google Forms or Survey Monkey) using a Multimedia Embed block.

Hi Ryan,
For tracking student results in Rise you would need to use Rise in conjunction with a LMS.
Rise does not have block types to add questionnaires and surveys.
We create our surveys in an external survey tool, and then embed the survey in Rise using an iframe statement in a multimedia block.
