I see that Rise has a maximum side of 5GB for audio and video files. I also see videos are best in 16:9 aspect ratio. I'm seeking information on a complete list all of the file types that can be used in Rise for Audio, Video, and Images. Thanks in advance!
We don't limit you to a list of supported file types in Rise. We expect virtually every format of those media types to be supported. If you run into an issue with a particular file, let us know, and we'll give you some help.
