Files will not load to Accord LMS

Hello

I am at a loss to what to do. I have had a support ticket with Accord LMS for months, trying to load files. They say it's the path name in the Rise 360 module. They have changed to Amazon platform a few months back and I cannot load any of my files.

They have said my file names are too long. I've tried to shorten them and then insist it's a Rise thing and not the LMS.  I have no way of reaching anyone at Rise to help me. I am not a techy. 

this is the final thing they have advised, I've tried to change the name of the zip file and it still won't load. What am I doing wrong?

IS there any way we can actually reach anyone here to talk to or get guidance? I have looked at the training and have been using this for over 2 years. Now allo f a sudden it won't work?

Please help me
