Flashcard Grid

Hi,
Our team recently created a rise course and delivered it to our client. They informed us that when the SCORM is uploaded in their LMS, in one of the lessons when the users click the flashcard, the screen automatically jumps to the block (in our case it's a block containing a video) placed above the flashcard.
We have used flashcard interactivity in two other occasion but the problem occurs only in one incident. Also, the problem is only occurring for iPhone users.
Secondly, this action of the card bouncing back to the video takes places irrespective of the type of interactivity that we used. We have tried replacing the flashcard grid with tab interactivity or flashcard stack but the output is the same.
We have specifically encountered this issue in iPhone 5 and 8.

Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty viewing your published Rise course on mobile devices. Do you know what version of iOS those users are on and if they were using mobile Safari?
You mention that this is happening when published to your LMS.
Are you able to replicate the behavior if you test the content uploaded to SCORM Cloud?
If so, could you share that link for us to take a look at and see the behavior?
