Forum Function in an eLearning Course

Hello everyone, 

I just started creating eLearning courses with Rise and Storyline so quite a newbie here.

Is there a possibility to add a forum so participants can share their thoughts and send comments? I saw there is a post 7 years ago that said it wasn't possible unless you include an external link. I wonder if it is still the case nowadays?
