We developed a course on Rise 360 but we have some simulations using storyline blocks.
We want the course locked, forcing the learner to finish the asset to be able to click in a continue button to move forward. However, when we finish the simulations (storyline blocks), the continue buttons continues locked. Do you know how we can solve here, pls? You can see the image attached.
Hello, Flavia! I'll make an assumption that you're using the course completion trigger in Storyline. If so, it seems like it isn't getting, well, triggered. 😄
Where does that trigger exist and what action makes it fire? Be sure to have it on the slide or layer where your learners see that trophy and message of completion.
