I am getting a new license from my corporation replacing the free trial license in my own name. I want to move the courses I created on my personal license to the corporate one. Can I transfer Rise360 courses from one license to another? I know how to export the course in SCORM 1.2 .zip format, can I import those files back into Rise360 and recreate the content? Is there another way to do this? Thanks for any info!
Hi there, Jeremy! You can send a copy of your Rise 360 courses from one Articulate ID to another active ID. You'll need to make sure your corporate Articulate ID is a part of an active subscription (or trial) before your personal trial expires.
Let us know if you need more time with your personal trial to ensure that happens!
Is there any way to do this if you are no longer able to log into the original articulate account? I created something on a trial and would like to import it to my new account. The trial has closed and I no longer have access to it.

Hi, I am in the same situation.
Company bought license keys, but how do I assign that to my current account that I have?
Hi Steven,
You'll want to follow these steps to send a copy of each course from one account to another account.
If you have any trouble along the way, please let me know!

Hi there,
How long has it been since your trial expired?
If it has been less than 6 months, we still have your data. Please open a case here, so we can discuss your options privately.
