Is there a way to have colors, fonts the same for every course or microlearning that is created in Rise 360? Our marketing team wants to ensure we are consistent with our colors, fonts, and headers. I didn't find global settings or themes, so thought I'd ask.

I suggest that your team create a "template" course with all the appropriate settings. Start every new course by making a copy of that course.
If you share a Team license, you can also share a set of Block Templates to reuse (https://articulate.com/support/article/Rise-Creating-Sharing-and-Reusing-Block-Templates ). Block Templates save time, because they already have the font size, padding, and other elements set up.
If you don't have a Team license, you could put the special blocks in the set-up course, and everyone could create their own Block Templates.
