How can I use a new Articulate Content Library template in my existing Rise course account?

Please kindly advise where to download new template from the Content Library to our Rise course that uses blocks. Or how to create a new course using this template. For the moment, any new Rise course I create in my account uses the same blocks template, and I cannot see any link allowing me to change the template, but only colors and font in the settings.
