The Accordion items will appear as a vertical list.
Position the mouse cursor over the Accordion item you need to move/change the order of.
Ensure that the mouse cursor is on the far left side of the Accordion item, near the edge of the page. Look for the 3 dots along the edge for guidance,
Once in the correct position, the mouse cursor will change to 4 arrows. See the attached image.
Now drag the Accordion item up or down in the list, and drop it in the correct position in the item stack.

Open the Accordion block in edit mode.
The Accordion items will appear as a vertical list.
