Does anyone know how long a deleted course will remain in the "Deleted Courses" folder in Rise 360? Will it stay there indefinitely (unless someone permanently deletes it)?
I'd like to know if it's safe to rely upon deleted courses remaining the Deleted Courses folder, or if those get emptied automatically at some point?
Can people with a preview link still access a course in the deleted folder? I am trying to remove access to a course but wasn't sure what was the best way to do this.
Once a course is in the deleted courses folder, anyone who has the Share link won't be able to access the course. Instead, they'll see an error message that says, "Hmm...We can't seem to find the page you're looking for."
Another way to prevent access to your course is to add a password to the Share link.
Hi, i have deleted the course, and deleted it from the deleted courses folder. Whenever I clic the shared link, it still opens the course I deleted. How can I make sure no one will have access to it anymore?
If you deleted a course (and also deleted it from the deleted courses folder) the share link should no longer be active and should show this when you access it:

Deleted Rise 360 courses remain in the deleted courses folder indefinitely until you permanently delete them or restore them.
