how to add special symbol/icon in text

I hope someone has a solution. I need to add content where the text should include a small icon (something snipped from a system) so that it is incorporated in the text. 

Something like this below. Is there a way to do this? Or can anyone think of a workaround (I could not). There is a screen shot besides the text, so it is an image + text block already.
