When I put a video into Rise 360, this "Picture in Picture" button displays on top (see attachment). Is there a way to remove the "Picture in Picture" button? Thank you!
I wasn't able to reproduce the picture-in-picture behavior. Your screenshot is from the editing window; are you seeing the same behavior when you view the Share link or when you export your course for web or LMS?
I'd also be curious about what browser you're using and whether you see this behavior if you switch browsers.
Hi Crystal. Thank you for your response. Yes, the behavior occurs in Review 360 as well as in our LMS, but only in Edge. Chrome doesn't exhibit this behavior, at least the version we're using.
On another thread, someone suggested we create a transparent box over the entire screen, which masked the picture-in-picture icon so the user is unable to click on it.
So, the issue had an easy resolution after all. I meant to update here but forgot.
