I would like to manage those who can see elearning content I have created. Can I control privacy permissions in my account on a per-content-item basis?
No one can see your E-Learning content not until you explicitly share them. Here is an article on how to share your courses with learners. If you choose to share your courses via a web link, only people who have the link and password can see your courses. If you choose to share your courses via LMS or Web server, the privacy of those courses is managed by those external systems.
