I'm still relatively new at eLearning development but have decided to attempt to include a game using keyboard arrow in a lesson. The game has been created in Storyline but will be added as an interactive block in Rise.
The problem I have come across is when using the arrow keys, the Rise page will move up and down while completing the activity. Does anyone know a fix for this issue? I have included an example below.
Thanks for including a link to your example! I tested it from my side, and I also saw the Rise page scroll up and down as I tapped the arrow keys. Here's a quick screen recording of my testing.
There isn't a way to prevent the page from scrolling up and down, but the good news is, the Storyline block remains in focus even when the page scrolls a little. Is it causing problems for your learners?
Thank you for taking your time to have a look. I was hoping if there was a way to stop the movement I would be able to increase the block size from small to medium.

Hey Alyssa,
Thank you for taking your time to have a look. I was hoping if there was a way to stop the movement I would be able to increase the block size from small to medium.
But if it's not possible, it's not possible.
Thank you for your help!
