Imported video clips jump back to first frame
Hi!
Is there a way to disable the rewind feature for imported video clips in Rise? I want the clip to stop at the last frame instead of jumping back to the first.
Thanks!
Fredrik

Hi Fredrik!
When a video completes in Rise 360, it will jump back to the first frame in the video. It sounds like you want to customize the frame that displays when the video completes. I'll let our team know you have a need for this feature!

Hi Alyssa, any news on this feature? It would be really useful. I'm using the Process block with screen recordings in each step, and having the video return to the first frame really ruins the flow of the process...
Hi Dag! Thanks for checking in. I don't have an update at this time, but we'll let you know if we change the way videos are handled in the future.

Funny I'm just getting started with Rise 360 and am having the same issue. I want like a single play and if they want to play it again I want to allow it.
I don't need to customize the exact frame...just don't have it flip back to 0:00 for me.
In fact it'd be super cool if you could have it play once, go to beginning, or loop if possible....but I'm happy with just holding the final frame and it sounds like the other 2 users on here are in the same boat

Thanks for checking in Hannah! We don't have an update at this time, but we'll update this thread once we make changes that will help!

I have intro animations that I want to hold on the last frame. The only way to do that now is to add 2 minutes of dead space at the end of the video so it holds on the frame. I'd also like the ability to hide the controls.
