It sounds like you created an HTML file using a third-party tool (Genially), and now you're trying to embed the HTML file in your Rise 360 lesson. I'd be happy to offer some insight!
Inserting an HTML directly into a Rise 360 course is not supported at this time, however, an alternative would be to host the HTML file on a web server and then use the Multimedia>Embed block to add it to your course!
Would you mind sharing a link to the HTML file so we can test it from our side? If you'd rather keep it private, you can share it through a support case as well.
