Incorrect translation settings

Hello! 

I recently created a course in English but certain portions of the course are displaying in Spanish. I have used Spanish translations for other courses but not this one. The settings say English. When I have used Spanish in the setting on other courses, all navigation was translated, for example "Lesson 1 of 5" and "25% Complete". In this course, those are still in English but one of my Process Blocks is in Spanish. Help please!
