index.html errors

Jan 02, 2022

Hi there - I have created a small test Rise 360 course and exported to Web.

I have created an Amazon S3 account and added all of the unzipped files and folders to a public bucket.

When I click on the url for the index.html file, I am getting the following error:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access Denied</Message>
<RequestId>NMGJWFBV0EX8SG80</RequestId>
<HostId>6XYfpCwwsOOC+dPQ6pjRjon0TU3TG728nXVSdJwy46TpsZQ43dg1474YGdS8vGOdboqLSMyOUcs=</HostId>
</Error>

Any ideas? I couldn't get it to work in Google Cloud either.  It does run in Review 360 but I really would like to embed an example course to my website so I can't link through to the Review link.

Thank you.

Hi there, Jane. If you're still stuck with this, our team would love to help! You can either share the zipped web output here, or you can privately submit it to my team by clicking here. We keep everything secure and delete your files after troubleshooting.

I see that error when the folder isn't public, or when something is missing from the file.
