Hi, Can anyone solve this mystery please? I have managed to include this picture in "paragraph" in RISE but cannot work out how on earth I did it. Any ideas ?
When you get an email notifying you of a comment on an E-Learning Heroes post, there are a few ways you can respond if you want to add to the conversation. I often find skipping the Reply button and using the other two options to navigate back to the post and add my reply directly here in the discussion board works better for me. You can click the title of the post at the top of the email to jump back to the top of the post. Or you can click the View button at the bottom of the message to bring you directly to the response.
And if you want to remove your contact information from your response above, just look for the Edit option right under the comment. That will let you make any changes to it that you like.

PS I now notice there was a systems issue and this function is no longer available . However that was a post from 2 years ago. Any update ?
Hi Dave,
The ability to add images to text paragraphs was as a result of bug (since fixed) that caused major issues.
What you show in your screenshot shouldn't be possible.
You can only include Emoji and UNICODE characters in text paragraphs, not images.
Thanks Karl,
Are you suggesting I remove this block section as it will cause further problems ? It must have been created at a time when this was possible.
Kind Regards,
Dave
Hi Dave,
Yes, I recommend you delete that block.
Also recommend that you do not reply to forum posts using email as this adds your personal information to public viewable posts.
Thanks Karl, I replied to the discussion chat how do I prevent my personal info being shown?
