I have created a course in the 360 Rise tool, there is one quiz section after 4 lessons in that module, and it's restricted in 3 attempts and it getting lock after 3 failure attempt, Now when I relaunch the course on LMS it's automatically bookmarked to the quiz section also all 4 lessons in the visited state. Is there any solution to relaunch the course on LMS without a bookmark/visited state in the failed attempt?
Hi Subith, it sounds like you have enabled the Rise quiz setting Require Passing Score To Continue and also set a limit to the number of Quiz Retries. These settings are not meant to be used together. If you choose to require a passing score, learners will have to keep retaking the quiz until they receive a passing score. I hope this helps!

Bookmarking is a fundamental feature and reason for using a LMS.
Why do you want to turn it off?
