There isn't a way to change the font color for the 'Image' Lesson Header, but I can confirm that we are currently tracking the demand for additional text formatting options in Rise 360.

Some time ago, we already managed to make black text on a white picture. (that's what we're trying to do now). We compared the settings, but everything seem the same. Could you tell please how this happened?
Thanks for your follow-up question; I'm happy to chime in! I ran some tests and found that using Light overlay changes the text color from white to black when using images in lesson headers.
In Theme >> Lesson Headers, hover over the image and click "Edit Image," then select Light overlay as shown below.
