Issues with RISE after adding knowledge checks and uploading to learndash

Hi Everyone,

We purchased Learndash and were able to upload the xApi file and it worked perfectly. However, once we added knowledge checks to the RISE file, and re-loaded the file, the file stopped working. We can upload it but the screen goes grey and no information shows up. 

Can someone please offer assistance?

The normal route Articulate support would/will point you in is to test your course on SCORM Cloud.

If you can publish it there, and view the course + take the knowledge check successfully via the review URL link in another browser or tab-- then Articulate support will normally deflect your inquiry towards your LMS provider.

SCORM Cloud is a hosting platform utilizing the default, out of the box SCORM standards-- and why it's used for testing to see if it's the creative design tool or the host platform (LMS) at fault with the content.
