Labeled graphic block in Articulate Rise for better practice

I love the Labeled graphic block in rise 360. Just wondering, do we need the arrows to navigate the previous and next markers (see image below)? I think we don't need them. It makes user confuse! Let me know what you think!!

Why do the arrows confuse your users?
Arrows are a commonly used and familiar interface, and should be kept.
