I need to insert a labeled graphic into my Rise course, however each time I try to edit the image by uploading from my computer I get the following error message:
(I have tried reducing file size, saving as JPEG, PNG, GIF etc. and I've switched to Google Chrome - still no luck!) I'd be grateful of any help.
I currently have the same issue as Becki with the same error message. My Browser is Chrome and have tried images as .png and .jpeg. (Note: I did get it working when using the "Save for Web" option in illustrator but quality too poor to use so I'm stuck for now!)
FYI Becki - You might be able to add more markers by simply clicking on the image when in edit mode. Your normal mouse cursor will change to a cross hair type cursor and them you can click anywhere on the image to create a new marker. (hopefully that at least solves one of your issues)
Hi folks! We're seeing an issue with image files that have spaces in the name. While we're investigating, please edit the file name to remove or replace the spaces, and let me know if that works.

I also have no option to add more markers (see below).

Thank you Ryan! In that case, I will add my markers for the time being.
Thanks for your helpful suggestion.

Hi Crystal,
Thank you, that seems to have done the trick!
Thanks, Becki! Glad you're back up and running. We'll come back to let you know when the issue is resolved!
Good news, Becki and Ryan! This problem is now resolved. You should no longer have issues uploading an image with spaces in the file name.
Please refresh your browser to take advantage of this fix, and let us know if you run into any more trouble!
Thanks for your help, all sorted for me too!
