This is my first time posting here as I have a query that I need help with, so thanks a lot in advance for your feedback!
I have a module in two languages. The labels (open course, submit, and similar) are all localized, but my client sees them in English all the time. I've tried re-publishing the course and I've also checked with other colleagues. We all see the labels localized.
Could anyone please share a possible solution? Or anything that could cause this at client's end?

Two things I would have them check on their end:
1 - Old cache
2 - If their browser is auto translating to English
Please have them try clearing their browser cache and checking their browser settings.
