Does someone knows how to "force" Rise course to open in a new window or tab outside the LMS (we use Eloomi). I looked in Rise, and I cannot see any possibilities to select a launch behavior when I publish the course i Scorm.
If someone knows of an HTML hack or where these settings might be, I would be ever so grateful.
The behavior for how a Rise 360 course opens (new window vs. in frame) is controlled by the Learning Management System. I'd recommend checking with your LMS support team to see how you can configure this in your environment.
As far as i understand and have experience of working with SCORM i have never come across a setting in eloomi which controls how a SCORM opens. This is basically controlled through the SCORM publishing/creation tool
Our organization uses a different LMS (not Eloomi).
In our LMS there is most definitely a setting that allows us to choose whether we want to run our Rise courses in a separate window, or to run the course embedded within the LMS itself.

Hi Alyssa
I have now talked to the LMS team, and here is their respond (see below).
So i seems like you guys, are not fully agree on with where the problem lies :(
Do you have some more specifict details, we can give to Eloomi, or do you want to contact them yourself?
Eloomi support: jira@eloomi.atlassian.net
Best regards Peter

Hi Peter,
Apologies if this sounds like giving you a run around, however this is definitely not controlled through eloomi
I did a bit of Googling and this is only one of the articles from Articular community that came up: https://protect-eu.mimecast.com/s/koULCvg4Vs7X5Y9FAM372
