My Rise course has a Questions button set up to link to a webpage (a Google Form). When this button is selected, it's triggering a completion in the LMS. Any suggestions?
Hi Patti! Is this the same Rise course you're having issues with?
If so, it appears that I've already received 100% completion as soon as I viewed the entire page/lesson without even opening the link to the Google Form.
If not, please open a support case with us here so that our Engineers can take a closer look. They may ask you for your files or a copy of the Rise course for testing purposes
Based on Angelo's feedback, I split the course into two lessons and inserted Continue buttons in between content. That prevented it from completing prematurely. Thanks for the help.
I hope that sorts out your concern with the completion. Feel free to reply if you have additional questions regarding this matter. As always, you can open a support case here as well should you have other concerns.

Hi Patti,
On the Publish page, what are your course completion settings?
Hi, Karl--
Happy New Year! The setting is "Track using course completion" / 100%.

Attached is a screenshot with all my settings.

Hi, Angelo. That is the correct Rise course where this issue is
occurring. Let me know if you need anything additional from me.
Thank you,
Patti
