Is there a way to change the size of the new window for links in Rise? I need to make the links open in a smaller window and do not see any options for this.
Hi, Liz! There isn't a way to set the default window size when opening a link in Rise. Other people in the community might have been able to get this done so I'll leave this thread open for their suggestions.
Also wondering -- We use Workday. We have an issue where links are opening in new tabs in IE. The Rise course is pushed to the back. When someone closes IE, it closes the launching window that opened the Rise course and in turn closes the Rise course. I'm trying to figure out a way to either size the Rise course, have it open in the same window with tabs across the top OR have it keep focus. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser for viewing Rise 360 content, so I recommend that learners use one of these supported browsers:
If they're still having issues with the launching window closing in one of those supported browsers, please let us know!
