Thanks for reaching out! I understand you are seeing a "No language defined" error when trying to upload your SCORM package to your LMS. I’m happy to get this sorted out with you! Have you tested your course in SCORM cloud? It's an online LMS environment that can be used to figure out whether the issue is with the LMS or the Story file. If you test your course on SCORM cloud and it works perfectly, then your issue is LMS based.
During testing we find that the course we published to our LMS does not have the language defined, but we see that it is set as English in Rise. What file can I check in the published SCORM package to see if the language is set and it's an issue with the LMS?
Hi Naomi! I understand that you are encountering the same issue. Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud?
If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue.
If the course encounters the same issues in SCORM Cloud, open a case with us here so that we can investigate.
Thanks Hazel. I am not allowed to upload course files to the SCORM Cloud. Can you tell me what I should be looking for in the published SCORM files to check myself? Or please feel free to reach out and I could show you.
