I am having a reloading issue at the end of my Rise course. It won't' allow me to submit the final assessment. Any ideas what the problem could be? Attached is the issue recorded on my phone.

Where was thi published and if LMS, which SCORM type?
Which version of iOS you're using and the device model?
Which mobile browser you're using and version?
From the video you shared it looks like a lite mobile pop-up browser from within another app as it has a Done button at the top. When using Safari mobile browser or another mobile browser, it does not have this.
We support the following for Mobile browsing:
Mobile
Safari in Apple iOS 12 or later
Google Chrome (latest version) in Apple iOS 12 or later
Google Chrome (latest version) in Android OS 6 or later
