I've got a question from a client and I need some help from experts like you guys.
Is it possible to lock a Rise course so learners can not take it from their smartphones and only complete it on large screens (laptops, desktops, tablets)?
Currently, there isn't a way to lock a Rise course so learners can't take it from smartphones. I’d like to know more about your use case here. Can you tell me a bit more about why you’d like to have that feature? I’d love to hear your thoughts so I can share them with the team!
Thanks for your quick reply. My client wants to build a system course using Rise, but because of the number of details on the screen, he'd like to make sure the learners are taking the course on a screen that's big enough to see all details.
While we don't currently support locking courses for a specific device, we do welcome your ideas. And I've submitted this as a feature request to our product team on your behalf.
