We're not tracking any issues with Rise 360 right now so there's a chance that the sign-in issues you're experiencing are isolated. You can try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue: 

  • Clear your browser's cache 
  • Use a different browser to access Rise 360
  • Make sure that you have all pending software updates installed
