Hi Joshua! I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues uploading videos in Rise 360. I've tried uploading several video files from my end and they all uploaded just fine.
I see that you're working with Phil regarding this matter. He's asking for the information under the Console and Network tab in the developer window of your browser. This would help us further in pinpointing where the issue possibly lies.

Same. I have logged out and back in to Rise and the courses still show loading. 11/14/22
The status site doesn't show any outages. I am guessing it hasn't caught on yet.
Same. Content loading spins for a while then "Something went wrong".
Same - logging out and back in shows that its clocking when trying to load All Courses.

I am having the same issue. Cleared my cache and logged out then back in, but that didn't resolve the issue.

I'm having issues uploading videos into a multimedia block despite changing browsers, clearing cache, etc.
