Today we've got the licences to use Rise. I had made a few courses already in the trial version, these have disappeared now I am logged in the subscribed version. How do I get them back?
Hi there, Martine! It looks like you used the same email address for both the trial and the subscription. Any content that you originally created should still be there.
Were you the original author, or were you added as a collaborator for the trial content? I do see someone who was on the trial but not on the subscription. You may need to add them to the subscription temporarily to get the content copied to you or another team member if they were the original author.
If that doesn't make sense, let me know. I'll reach out by email and let you know which email addresses I see for the trial and the sub. Thanks!
Thanks for replying. I am the original author of the content in the trial version and I was not part of a team like I am now. I only shared some content I had made with a link.
I hope there is something else that can be done to get it back!
